craft coffee in Dalarna

The investment aims to increase the coffee roastery's capacity for the production of roasted coffee. This is done through a
investment in a larger coffee roaster which would mean freeing up time from production. The activities within the project involve increasing knowledge and awareness of coffee among retailers and providing the right training and guidance to brew and represent craft coffee.

About the project

The purpose of the investment in a coffee roaster is to develop and establish a local coffee roastery in the old
carpentry factory in Säter to import and roast craft coffee for a local audience in a competitive and quality-oriented manner.
