Application for change of decision
It is important that you always apply for a change to your decision on support if the focus, end date, budget, financing plan or anything else changes significantly compared to how it was intended. You should submit the application for a change of decision on a form to your LEADER office.
Application for amendment of decision on support (2023–2027)
If you report expenses or carry out activities that are not stated in your decision on support, this may lead to deductions, so you must have these changes approved before the expenses can be eligible for support. If the Leader office or the Swedish Board of Agriculture approves your application for a change, the change will apply from the day your application for a change was received by the Leader office.
Apply for payment
When costs have arisen during the implementation of the project, an application for payment can be made to the Swedish Board of Agriculture. An interim report must also be attached. This is preferably done regularly during the course of the project. A good measure is to apply for payment every quarter. The Leader office will help answer questions and coach you when you are applying for payment.

Logo requirements
When you inform or communicate about your project, it should be clear that the money comes from the EU. This is shown through two logos: the EU logo and the Leader logo, which should be clearly visible and legible.
Please ask the leader office what applies to your project.
