Final report

The Leader office should ALWAYS be contacted before submitting the final report and application for final payment.

Final report

The most important task in the final report is to stop and reflect on the experiences and results the project has led to. Keep in mind that deviations and unmet goals are also results that should be reported.

A good tip is to start by reading through your project plan. The evaluation section of the project plan contains information on how to compile the project. Much of the text in the project plan can be copied into the final report.

You can save a lot of time and effort reusing sections from the project plan and instead focus on what is most important in a final report: reflections, conclusions, and a compilation of concrete results.

The final report should be readable without first having read the project plan, and you should be able to understand what the project was about and how it went.

Final payment

The application for final payment is made after the project is completed, please note the closing date for the last day you can submit the application.
