About the project
The project has good potential to contribute to developing the local food culture and to make the café a reason to visit the town.
Purpose with the projectis to upgrade the café to a pastry shop and bakery and thereby obtain a more well-crafted range.
The goal of the project to purchase equipment that enables pastry and bakery operations and a broader range of products, and to train staff in pastry and stone oven baking.
The activities in the project are study visits, internships and training for staff in stone oven baking and pastry, purchases of new and used equipment.
