About the project
The project is considered to have good potential to develop cooperation between the localities through its broad roots in the countryside, as well as to restore and develop cultural values and cultural history. The project contributes to increased outdoor recreation and exercise opportunities.
Purpose The aim of the project is to increase the conditions for the tourism industry in the area, increase immigration and well-being in the area.
The goal The project aims to create a walking/cycling path between Stjärnsund and Rörshyttan and to build a disabled-friendly barbecue area with windbreaks and an outdoor gym along it to improve the opportunities for safe and secure exercise and recreation in the beautiful surroundings. The project will also contribute to increasing knowledge about plant breeding and which garden plants are suitable locally.
The activities The project includes: project management, restoration of embankment to access/cycle path. Construction of outdoor gym, construction of rest area, construction of diversity path and signage.
