About the project
The project is considered to have good potential to bring people closer to employment, while contributing to strengthening the tourism industry. The project is also expected to lead to increased knowledge and understanding of equality.
Purpose The aim of the project is to get participants closer to the job market through the practical work of building and upgrading hiking trails.
The goal The project has implemented so-called green activities including the creation of routines, mindfulness exercises, walks and conversations, conducting clearing saw training with the participants, creating internships for the participants through the construction and upgrading of hiking trails, and compiling and reporting on the project and its results.
The activities in the project are: Recruitment of participants, green activity (introducing routines, mindfulness, walks and conversations), practice (marking out trails, building trestles and bridges, and painting and marking trails), training of participants (clearing saw training) and compilation and reporting of the project.
