Hållnäs future

Purpose The aim of the project is to create attractiveness and conditions for families with children to move in, for young people to stay/return after studies and thereby provide a breeding ground for a future population of permanent residents on the Hållnäs peninsula.

The goal The aim of the project is to map interest and conditions for a senior housing, to have conducted a local economic analysis (LEA), to create a sustainable marketing plan for Hållnäs, to initiate active marketing of Hållnäs, to continuously update the website hallnas.info with relevant information for residents and visitors, to promote community, skills enhancement and inspiration dissemination, to conduct monthly meetings, to hold lectures and workshops, to map physical and virtual meeting places and how they are used, to communicate the project externally through the website, social media and newsletters.

The activities In the project are: Project management, meetings with the steering group, meetings with the reference group, implementation of local economic analysis (LEA), interviews with entrepreneurs and associations to map needs and anchor the project, marketing of Hållnäs, creation of a long-term marketing plan together with the municipality, initiation of smaller idea and working groups, organizing lectures, workshops and inspiration events, investigation of interest and conditions for building a senior housing to free up housing for younger people and to improve the quality of life for the elderly in Hållnäs.
