About the project

To develop, the operation has a need for additional workshop/conference space, to
be able to use all guest rooms available and accommodate larger groups. The purpose of the project is to expand
the operation by preparing a room that both enables the utilization of the operation's capacity
optimally and that the room, with its specific characteristics, broadens the company's range of services and products.
In addition to the project meeting the need for an additional room for 25 people, which will give us the opportunity to accommodate
larger bookings, this room will be built with a focus on holistic health, relaxation, and logout, the
new trends in the tourism industry.

 

 

 

 

 

In Älvkarleby municipality lies Gårdskär fishing port, a charming, beautiful and peaceful place where development work for the fishing port is in full swing.

Purpose The goal of the project is to prepare a new room in the facility to be able to expand with two additional business branches and thereby make the operation more profitable and less vulnerable.

The goal The goal of the project is to have completed a new room to be able to expand the company's offerings.

The activities The project involves insulating the room, new walls and ceiling, new windows, installing a stove, painting walls and ceiling, new lighting, installing a heat pump, installing light therapy lamps, and developing a graphic profile for the new business branch.
