About the project
In the project, they will carry out everything from sightseeing trips, seminars and events to visiting and reporting on good examples in the area on how to contribute to the cause. The project will market the biosphere reserve in a tangible, creative and offensive way through storytelling, joy and faith in the future without getting stuck in technicalities, prohibitions and fact boxes. It will showcase good initiatives for sustainable development that have already been implemented or are underway in the biosphere reserve. The project will put people at the center, innovations and initiatives for sustainable development are by people, for people, for a sustainable future.
Purpose The aim of the project is to inspire new efforts and initiatives for increased sustainability and to strengthen the biosphere reserve's brand. By promoting collaborations and networking contacts and increasing knowledge, awareness and understanding of efforts that are being made and have already been made for sustainable development, the project wants to create commitment and interest in the area. The work in the project is expected to lead to job opportunities and business establishment as well as an increased number of visitors and residents in the area.
The goal The project has included conducting own seminars and meetings for skills development and networking, as well as participating in others'. Conducted study visits to the area, which have been documented and communicated digitally. Conducted sightseeing tours. New image bank and new information material.
The activities in the project are: Project managers and project staff; Conferences and seminars; Viewing trips; Study visits to good examples of sustainable development; Participation in meetings and events; Arrangements; Marketing resources.
