About the project
The project has good prospects for contributing to new and preserved jobs and activities. The project can be expected to lead to new collaborations between the local actors and become a connecting function between central Säter and other parts of the municipality.
The purpose of the project is to make TURiS a sustainable, commercial operation, preserve existing and create new jobs, make Säterdalen accessible to everyone through a disabled-friendly trolley, develop new forms of collaboration, complement limited existing public transport, make Säter municipality more well-known and attractive to residents and visitors, and help spread information about activities, nature and cultural experiences.
The goal of the project is to develop the association's organization by working with leadership, communication, employees, strategic planning, processes and results.
The project consists of appointing a project manager, a finance manager and a webmaster. The project also consists of training in board work, workshops, marketing, dialogue meetings and software.
